Joseph A. Fitzpatrick

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Fitzpatrick spent 18 years working directly with John H. Foster and the Foster Management Companies, including Hearing Health Services, The Pet Practice and Access WorldWide Communications. Prior to joining Foster Management Company, Mr. Fitzpatrick served as Chief Financial Officer of Interim Systems Corporation, a leading provider of office and medical temporaries for four years, and various financial positions at Kidde, Inc, a Fortune 200 NYSE company for eight years. He started his career at Price Waterhouse & Co. where he earned his CPA certificate.

Mr. Fitzpatrick received a B.S. Accounting Saint Francis University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
