Ms. Rikkers is an experienced manager with a track record of building corporate infrastructures and effective organizations. Her principal role at HealthpointCapital is working with portfolio companies to develop
their organizations and facilitate integrations in support of their strategies. Ms. Rikkers also keeps up-to-date on reimbursement and regulatory affairs. Ms. Rikkers has 13 years of managerial experience at Amerada Hess Corporation, the Walt Disney Company and New York-Presbyterian Hospital. She worked in Organizational Development and Human Resources with a specialization in Compensation Management. Ms. Rikkers is a member of the Board of Directors of DTI Dental Technologies. Ms. Rikkers received a B.A. from Harvard College and an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
