This morning, NuVasive, Inc. announced that it has added Hansen A. Yuan, M.D. to the Company's Board of Directors. Dr. Yuan will serve on the Compensation Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
He replaces Arda M. Minocherhomjee, PhD, who has retired from the Board. The total number of directors remains at seven and the number of independent directors remains at six.
