Alphatec Spine Appoints New Senior Vice President, Global Marketing and Asia Pacific

Alphatec Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:ATEC), the parent company of Alphatec Spine, Inc., a medical device company that designs, develops, manufactures and markets products for the surgical treatment of spine disorders, with a focus on treating conditions related to the aging spine, announced today that Curt Jennewine, a seasoned medical device marketing and sales executive, has agreed to join the Company as its Senior Vice President, Global Marketing and Asia Pacific.
Mr. Jennewine will be responsible for developing and implementing the Company's global marketing program, as well as being the General Manager of the Company's activities in the Asia Pacific region.
Since 2008 Mr. Jennewine had been the Vice President, Marketing at Zimmer's Trauma division. Prior to working at Zimmer, Mr. Jennewine held roles of increasing responsibility in both marketing and sales at each of Abbott Diabetes Care and Guidant Corporation's Japanese vascular intervention unit.
