Tessa Cicitta

Tessa Cicitta joined HealthpointCapital in 2018 and serves as Director of Administration and Executive Assistant, providing administrative leadership to the firm’s executive team and direct executive support to the Managing Partner. She brings more than 30 years of experience across executive support, human resources, and office operations within global and high-growth organizations.
Prior to joining HealthpointCapital, Tessa served as an Executive Assistant at Henry Schein. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles including Director of Human Resources & Administration at Broadway Partners, RKF, and American Express Tax & Business Services, where she led HR strategy, administrative operations, and organizational support functions.

Tessa holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Systems Management from the University of Connecticut.
